Life Lessons from Watching Cartoons
Is watching cartoons bad for us? Nah.
Let me illustrate you with an example using Dora the Explorer, and i will likely get another short article up on data analysis with Dora the Explorer 👻
Explorer.
Before my niece came along, I have always known Dora only as the cartoon character that talks non-stop; 🤣 until one day when I sat down and watch an episode with her. 🤫
And here’s some life lessons from watching Dora 😛
🧠[1] the importance of having a life compass;
😄 [2] the value of engagement for an effective communication; and
😇 [3] on non-violent conflict resolution with Swiper, no swiping!;
💪 [4] celebrating success with lo hicimos or we did it in almost every episode; and most importantly,
🤗 [5] the value of family and friends.
And that’s the exploring stamp on my LinkedIn profile picture. 😉
Don’t we all need a wee bit of Dora in us? 👻
